This is a gorgeous shimmering glittery skirt. It's a washable stretchy lycra blend, nice & slinky, not stiff or clingy at all! Travels great!
The fabric is a black lycra blend, with pretty purple "bursts" of glitter - absolutely stunning, the pictures just don't do it justice!! It's machine washable! Throw it in the washer on gentle, then either put it in the dryer under the "air" setting, or dry it flat. It's that easy! (Do this also to remove excess glitter.)
