7. HALLOWEEN
COSTUMES:
a. POSTMARKED BEFORE OCTOBER 21ST: CAN BE RETURNED
FOR A STORE CREDIT LESS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
b. POSTMARKED AFTER OCTOBER 20TH: CAN BE RETURNED
FOR A STORE CREDIT LESS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
c. CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR LIKE/KIND ITEM WITH NO
RESTOCKING FEES.
