It's a solid turquoise crush velvet, with long black lacy bell sleeves, and a sexy slit at the bottom in the front, filled with black lace. It's nice & long, very sexy & low cut, with a lace up chest. The material is nice & slinky, so it hangs perfect! The material looks & feels like crush velvet, but it's actually a washable poly/cotton blend!
