The dress is simply enchanting! It's a solid black crush velvet (which is actually a washable poly blend!), with attached long flowing sheer sleeve details to give it a touch of mystery. The dress is floor length with fringe at the lower hem and measures 57" from top of the shoulder down to where the fringe hem starts. The neckline is sexy & low cut.
